What We Need From You

We’re looking for a leader who sets the tone for our training floor. Bring energy, build relationships, develop our coaches, and create an environment where athletes want to train and keep coming back. You’ll also play an active role in growing the business through memberships, personal training, team training, referrals, and retention.

Bottom line: lead the coaches, own the training experience, and help grow the gym.

The Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coaching athletes, developing our coaching staff, and helping build the foundation of a new D1 Training facility.

You’ll have the opportunity to help establish our training culture, develop our team, and set the standard for how we coach and serve our members from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead high-energy group training for youth, adults, and teams
  • Deliver personal training and individualized coaching
  • Lead, train, schedule, and develop the coaching staff
  • Maintain consistent D1 training standards and philosophy
  • Drive personal training growth and identify opportunities with members
  • Help develop team training and community partnerships
  • Support trial workouts and assessments, membership sales, and member onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with members and support retention efforts
  • Create a positive, professional, high-energy training environment
What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, or performance coaching
  • Leadership experience managing or mentoring coaches preferred
  • Strong knowledge of program design, movement mechanics, and injury prevention
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
